Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team at our Support Center in Neenah, WI. This role is responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires regular site visits and travel up to 50% within our service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Select and manage subcontractors and delegate project responsibilities
  • Address and resolve project issues, delays, and emergencies
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and building codes
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and overall performance
  • Provide regular project updates and financial reporting to clients
  • Interpret and explain contracts, technical plans, and project specifications
  • Prepare project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates
  • Oversee all phases of the construction process to ensure successful completion
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience, preferably in commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating project teams
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% for site visits
